DIY: Fennel tea

  • 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds
  • 250 ml of hot water
  • honey to taste

Lightly crush the fennel seeds to release their aroma.

Pour over the hot water, cover and leave to steep for 10 minutes.

Strain and sweeten with honey. A soothing digestive drink after a meal.
