DIY: Oregano-infused olive oil

  • 3 tablespoons of dried oregano
  • 500 ml of olive oil

Place the dried oregano in a clean jar and pour over the olive oil.

Seal well and leave in a sunny spot for 2 weeks, shaking occasionally.

Strain and pour into a dark bottle. Perfect for salads, pizza and roasted vegetables.
