DIY: Wild asparagus frittata

  • 1 bunch of wild asparagus
  • 4 eggs
  • olive oil, salt and pepper

Chop the asparagus and sauté briefly in olive oil until tender.

Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper and pour them over the asparagus.

Cook over low heat until the eggs set. Serve warm with homemade bread.
